Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all brand tags are still securely attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
